Plan on 6–10 business days in total. We spend 1–2 business days picking and packing, then the carrier has it for 5–8 business days. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday — anything after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, starts processing the next business day. Email us a return request within 30 days of delivery. We reply within 1 business day with instructions and the address to send to — please do not post anything before you have them, because a parcel arriving unannounced cannot be matched to an order. Items need to be unused, complete, and back in their original packaging with any tags and wrapping intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back bath towels, bathrobes and pillowcases once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; if the item arrived damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, it is ours. We do not run direct exchanges — return the original and place a new order for the item you want. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually cancel it outright instead.

We inspect the return when it lands and email you the outcome either way. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer then needs a further 5–10 business days to make the money available, and that part is out of our hands. There is no restocking fee. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Every order ships tracked. The number arrives by email within 24 hours of your parcel leaving our warehouse, and you can follow it on our tracking page using your order number and the email address you checked out with. Carriers take a further 24 to 48 hours to record its first carrier scan, so a number that shows nothing for a day or two after dispatch is normal rather than a problem. If tracking has not updated for seven consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 6–10 business days of the order date, write to us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
